Standard Shipping on all orders over $49 is Completely FREE to Ontario and Quebec. For orders under $49, we charge a flat-rate fee of $9.99 to these two provinces. For other provinces and territories, please use the shipping estimate calculator during checkout to find your low-priced shipping options.
Depending on location, most packages will be delivered in 4-10 business days. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to be available online.

Simply contact us at 1-800-638-6336 or send us a message at sales@signalboosterscanada.ca and we’ll provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and a pre-paid return shipping label. This one is on us! We only ask that you include all the original items and packaging in good condition.
Our team will refund your payment after the product has been returned to our warehouse and your RMA has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the receipt of your return for the funds to be returned to the payment method used for the original transaction.
Our return policy limits product returns to 30 days from the product delivery. Under special circumstances, we may accept a return, but please be mindful of our 10% restocking fee.
